INGREDIENTS

2 - 5 oz Portions Kvaroy Arctic Salmon, Seasoned and Pan seared or poached rare

1 Box Blue Evolution, Rotini Seaweed Pasta (Follow box instructions)

1 Jar Ocean’s Balance, Marinara or Slightly Spicier Arrabbiata Sauce

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced in half

1/2 Cup Mozzarella Balls, small

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

2 teaspoons Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Fresh cracked Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven or grill to 350F.

2. Cook Pasta, Pan Sear Salmon to Rare, Heat Pasta Sauce.

3. Grab your favorite casserole dish and begin layering. From the bottom us, begin with a layer of Sauce – 1/2 Cooked Pasta - 1/2 Salt & Pepper - 1/2 Sliced Tomatoes - 1/2 Salmon torn into medium size chunks - 1/2 Shredded Mozzarella –

4. Next add the second layer. Pasta – Salt and Pepper – Sauce – Tomatoes – Torn Salmon – Shredded Mozzarella - Mozzarella balls on top as melty garnish.

5. Top the casserole dish with a lid and place into the 350F Oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the mozzarella balls are melty and bubbly.

6. Carefully remove the hot seaweed salmon casserole and place it on a trivet, serve while hot or deliver to a neighbor! Enjoy
